"Two Minute Drill"  - all the classics in 120 seconds 
1)  20 side-to-side taps as QUICKLY as possible.
2)  20 side-to-side taps as WIDE as possible.
3)  "rock around the clock"*  once each direction
4)  figure 8 - five each direction
5)  10 "bait and switch" drags **
*rock around the clock - imagine yourself in the middle of a large clock.  Do a quick tap at every "hour" - 12:00 position, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 etc. Keep your feet facing forward - objective is to use your upper body and arms to expand your reach. At 6:00 you will have to tap it behind you and whip around to "catch" it on the other side.  Do this all the way around the clock, back to 12:00.  Repeat in the reverse direction (11, 10, 9 etc)
**bait and switch drag - dangle puck/ball way out in front of you and way off to the forehand side.  Quickly toe drag it straight backwards, then tap it across your body as far as you can to your backhand.
